Does a child’s pushchair count as luggage with Aer Lingus? ie. do I have to pay for it?

i'm pretty sure it doesn't- it certainly doesn't count if you keep it with you to push the child around the airport, but i don't even think it counts if checked in.

But they will usually want to stick a tag on it at checkin, I think that is just for identification when it gets put in the hold at the gate though.

Exactly but you are not charged for it and it does not count as checked in luggage if you know what I mean?
Basicallly it does not count as part of your baggage allowance
