Peter Matthews in Sports Med Ireland is excellent. I go there a few weeks before big races to get the legs sorted out.

Hey there I am a sports massage therapist based in Dublin 7 if that is any use to you. You can check out my website www.mindbodysoultherapy.com for more information. Am currently training for a marathon myself so understand the effects of training on the muscles. If you havent managed to find somebody you will find my contact details on the website. Best of luck. This guy is brilliant!

He’s worked with top-level athletes here and rugby players and runners in the UK.

An Eircom League referee I know referred me to him.

He’s based in Greenhills / Walkinstown, just off the M50, but I know he does house calls only for an extra €20, more or less, depending on where you live. I think he does Bray also.

If you want a deep tissue massage, he’s probably the best I’ve ever had.

    Very reasonable prices also.

    heal-u,
welcome to boards.ie. You obviously have an interest in massage so we welcome your input on the ART forum. As you're new, you probably don't understand that it's considered bad form to bump up posts that are a year old.
