    The Register.co.uk have a desktop alerts download provided by a company called Skinkers & I have a problem with it on one PC but not on the other.

    It's installed on two XP Pro machines & is working fine on one but not on the other?

    I suspect it could be a Flash related issue but really need someone who's encountered the problem & sorted it because I sure can't!

    When you go to the Options section you should see this

    But this is what I get on the problematic machine.

    If I double click the tray icon I should get this (It should contain a Logo)

    Any ideas as to what could be causing this?

    I’ve reinstalled the program
    I’ve reinstalled Flash.
    Checked Firewall.
    Checked Browser permissions & RS Feeds are enabled..

    I have contacted the Skinkers support team & they are currently assisting me with troubleshooting the problem which will hopefully result in finding a solution.
