Someone who Catches bees is....?

    I was watching Skins last night on E4 and Theres one scene where Chris is trying to impress an employer to get a job.

    He randomly says the profession for someone who catches bees.
    Its wrecked my head as i cant remember what it was.

    I googled it but cant find it.

    So what is, someone who catches bees, called? :D
