I just bought a PackardBell Easynote SJ51 and plugged it in to charge like it told me to, but it's been plugged in about 30 minutes now and the indicator light hasn't come on to acknowledge it's charging. Is there something wrong or is this normal? Have I got a dud on my hands? Sorry if this is a spaful question, not too good with these things! :o Thanks guys :)

Is the battery actually in the laptop? If so the battery may be fully charged? Unplug it from the mains and run it from the battery to see if it is fully charged.
