Id post again in fitness. Tell the guys there what your aim is, and detail your diet.

Without knowing any of that about you its hard to give you any advice.

And youre dead lucky dya know that?:)

Yeah try the fitness forum probably better though they will put you on a work out routine as well. How old are you by the way? You prob just have a high metabolism(Sp?) but it will slow down as you age and you will pile on the weight then (if you keep eating like a horse). Maybe the diet and nutrition forum although you may be trying to achieve the opposite of them they may be able to help with supplements.

OP, post over in fitness giving full details on high, weight, daily activites and diet and we will help you out.

Also, eating like a horse is subjective.

Here is what i have eaten so far today.

08:00 eggs and porridge, some fruit, tea.
10:00 two small tins of tune and a big tin of pineapple
    12:00 beef, rice and veg
    14:15 chicken, rice and veg
    16:00 protein shake

in a few mins i'l have a quick shake for energy for the gym.
straight after finishing i will have a shake worth about 600 calories.

    then it will be

20:00 - sitr fry, chicken, veg and noodles.
    22:00 - tuna and pineapple
24:00 - one last shake before bed.

I don't know if you go to the gym and such but realistically you will need to to add muscle, no fat. At the very least taking up a sport of some kind.
