    Dont think this has been posted yet on this board. Suffice to say if you do not want to be spoiled as to who is the man on the boat then dont click here

    I am always disapointed in myself when I click on spoilers but still cant help it.

    Still lots of questions about it though.

    Is Walt on the boat? When did Michael agree to work with Ben? Did this happen on the island? (meaning his whole "who ARE you people?" thing before he left was just an act)

    Or was his boat intercepted by the freighter? Has Michael been back to the real world?

    There better be some clues to these questions in episode 8. I'll be pissed off if Michael is revealed in the very last scene of the episode with no answers.

    Yeah the important question is *how* not who.
    We should find out in 4x08 which is a Michael flashback.

    Yeah, after watching the trailer for episode
    7, it looks like Michael will be revealed at the end of that, so we'll get answers in episode 8! :D

    if you want the answer it's in my season one posts (if they're still here, it's been a while):
    michael is the man on the boat. he has been working for ben since he 'left' the island. due to polar energetics mike has been travelling through space... and time doing ben's bidding. he is the one who gave ben the sox tape and who has given ben all his off island info

    Wasn't Mikhail in the communication station giving Ben his off-island info? (like compiling the info files on all the islanders)

    You're right. I forgot the Looking Glass was blocking signals. Wasn't Mikhail watching a television news feed in there once though from the real world? Confused about this now. :D

    Outside communication was only lost after the hatch implosion. Ben could have got the tape of the game from Mikhail if he recorded it from one of the many many transmissions he appeared to be monitoring. Or maybe he downloaded it from the internet got it from a cousin. No need to leave the island.

    Something about the picture looks a bit fake, but if it is real then it's no big surprise. Been expecting this since the end of season 2.

    On Michael being possibly working for Ben, they only met on the pier before Michael left the island, so how does he end up working for him. It was at this point too that the hatch imploded and all communications were lost. It doesn't make sense that Michael is working for Ben when they barely spoke two words to each other.

    huh? mike spent ages in the others camp.

    ben got caught in the net and then tested to see if he could use mike by getting him to rescue him.

    In the latest Sky ad for the next episode it says something like a shocking old face returns, so all but confirmed really.

    It was in response to someone claiming the pic might be a fake.

    Ben managed to tell Harper to to tell Juliet what Charlotte and Faraday were up to. He said he was exactly where he wanted to be. Who's to say he wasn't telecommunicating with Ms Klugh to strike another deal with Michael. She does look capable of something like this. Very mysterious..:p
