Three - internet access consumes data warning

Has anyone managed to get rid of the stupid warning that comes up every time you access the internet on Three. The one that comes up the first and each time you connect and tells you that accessing the internet consumes your data allowance and each extra mb cost 48c. Fine except I have X-series with unlimited data access - so I don't need this nuisance.

Annoying but where It does affect me is that my N95 AGPS doesn't work well unless I have gone past this warning on a web page first.

Oh, it used to piss me off royally. It also coincided with every adult or tasteless related page being blocked as well as the likes of tinytube and m.youtube.

I phoned them up about the censoring of websites and gave them hell. They promised to fix it and once they did, I never saw that page again.

It was supposed to only come up once per week. I got it every time I turned the web browser on!

yeah a good few people managed to get rid of it. You just have to keep calling them up and not letting them fob you off

That warning has really bugged me for months, ramg them when it came up originally and they hadn't a clue about it, I will try again to have them turn it off.
I must say I'm happy that they eventually opened the ports again, it was a real pain not being able to use the full internet.

Had that warning every time I started up my phone's browser during the time when 3 hadn't properly provisioned my X-Series add on. As far as I can tell it goes hand in hand with the blocked ports and censoring of tinytube and adult/tasteless sites. My suspicion was that, even though I had signed up for X-Series Sliver, I was still getting the pay as you go internet access. Maybe you're experiencing the same issue? They never satisfactorily explained why it took a month for them to provision the service properly, but once it had been done the message vanished.
