For the Last 3-4 Months ive found my self Hard pressed to motivate myself to do anything really. Im Male and 21 now, i socialise with my friends once a week for football and we head out at least once a week but other than that, we dont see each other much but we keep in contact. I quit my job just before xmas and have been idling around those house doing nothing really, mainly sitting at the Pc or watching TV and its doing my head in.

I went to the gym 3-4 times a week before xmas and really enjoyed it, but for some reason i dont go now at all. When i go out with my mates i do admit i have a good time no problems there, but i find i need some of that 'dutch courage' the last few months to talk to people on a night out, were as i didnt before and when i get on with some one i seem to push them away and make some silly excuse and laugh it off. The next day im always going ' wtf did i do that for'.

Its really starting to get me down to be honest, being stuck in the same routine. Beginning to feel like groundhog day ... eek
