    Hello all,
    hope anyone can help me.

I just reinstalled Windows on my PC and have two issues, but only one is critical as I cannot to the internet. For some reason I only have the Windows CD and not a driver CD, I only ever got this one from Dell.
I didn't receive a driver CD. So now some items, like the Ethernet Device, are coming up with question marks in the Device Manager.
Is this because the drivers weren't on the CD? How can I fix or find them?
Here is a screen shot, hope it helps:

    Thank you all in advance.

    go to http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/index.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=gen
enter your service tag or system type and download the drivers to what ever pc you are online on now.
copy them to a floppy disk or usb key and then onto the pc that needs the drivers.

you are looking for the network card drivers for the net connection, followed by anything else that doesnt work, sound etc
