Solid Oak floors brushed oil finish

HI, We have our floors 2 1/2 years now and they are starting to look a little off. They could do with a treatment. Can anyone recommend whats best thing to do? Should we hire someone or can we just buy some oil? Would they need to be sanded first? Any advice would be great! Thank
