Seats on train from Balbriggan

Hi, does anyone know what the 6.45 & 7.02 trains are like from Balbriggan to Dublin in the morning. Is there any seats available by the time it gets to Balbriggan? Also does anyone know if there are any parking spaces left at this time??

Car parking spaces are available and the 7.02 has loads of seats available with plenty spare on departure, not sure of the earlier train.
