    got a call last night from the engineer to confirm installation time between 3 and 5. the weather is not the best today wind and rain... will he still install it ?

    Providing he didn't use a withheld number, ring him and ask.

    If he's not going to install it he will (should) ring you. Its really at the installers discretion tbh

    dont know bout rest of the country but dublin was very calm today and i got mine installed no problem.

    It was a bloody brutal day in Cork.
    Sideways rain being lashed at 60 mph .
    I picked some Winter to buy a motorised dish ,lol.
    I'm too afraid to put it up in these gales,it would be a hellish start for it.

    yup he did install, i did'nt think he would the wind was mad!!!! got in sky+ it's excellent. I so happy i went and changed from chorus!!!!!!!!!! still figuring out how it works.....

    I had to put up a set of t&K brackets today, customer was let down twice already so felt sorry for her so me and a colleague battled the wind to do it...and whilst doing it we watched another install down by another installer whom I know been ripped off the back of the house christ what a scary day....glad its over with and fair play to customer whom rang and praised us to our boss for the effort...
