    Hi,

Does anyone know where the best place to get baking tracks from is.

I am lookinng to sing mundy's Galway girl at my wedding reception next month as a suprise for my wife to be.
I am getting married abroad and will only have a DJ, no live band and the Dj in in Itlay ( where getting married) is not aware of Galway Girl, or Mundy for that fact.

if I could find a backing track I could bring on mp3 player or cd.

    Any help is much appeciated.

Can't say I know the difference. I recorded a cover of it recently for a band, it was god-awful.
    Congrats, BTW.

I hope they don't read this. ;) I love that song, been playing it myself for a good while now.

My method of getting backing tracks:

    1) Go to YouTube, and type on Galway Girl Karaoke
    2) Find the karaoke version you want (there will be loads with lyrics)
    3) Go to VidToMP3.com and copy and paste the video URL
    4) It will convert the video into an MP3 and let you download it to you HDD

    That's how I get mine, anyway ;)

should be easy enough to get your hands on. If you're stuck let me know, I'll probably be able to get a copy from one of the lads.

i always get backing tracks from www.karaoke-version.com
    Great prices, great search engines.

However, I doubt it if you will find this specific song there.

    cheers.

    Shay.
