Engineering Companies

    Hello,

Final year civil engineering student here. I am currently applying for jobs with both contractors and consultants.

I was wondering if anybody would like to pass on some wisdom about different companies that would be good to work for as a graduate or more importantly, would be bad to work for?

Has anybody had any bad experiences or know of somebody who has had a bad time?

    Thanks

Look at the notice boards in college. Anything up there should be good to work for.

When you go for your interviews you should get a sense of how the company from who ever interviews you.

I've started off small and am now working for one of the biggest engineering companies in the world. I think starting off with a small company is a good way to start, I did every thing for the first year and I liked it
