    Nice idea, but surely charging people (even if it is "only" €2/4) for parking is somewhat self defeating? That's up to €20 a week + your LUAS fare. The wording is a bit confusing too - "max day tariff: €4" Does that mean the maximum stay is 8 hours? What happens if you exceed that?

    Good.

    This country seems to have a distinct anti 24-hour-ness about it. The sooner thats changed and the sooner you can travel at night without a car the better.
