MTV 1, BBC 24 missing on NTL?

Anyone missing BB1 24 and MTV 1 on NTL at the moment? It doesn't appear on my channel listings.

Press "Help" button>>>>>>press Yellow button to start a soft reset. This should restore the missing channels. If that fails then do a hard reset by unplugging mains supply from the box for a few seconds then reconnect mains.

I have News 24 sounds like a softboot job alright.

Why does the digibox loose channels or randomly freeze?
