Hi, could someone help with this.

I want to say " I did Irish in college but have not really used it since then. As a result i'm rusty at it but hope with some practise i will improve and get better at it."

Is it along the lines of this "Dhean me gaeilge sa ollscoil ach ni usiadeann me e o shin agus da bhri sin taim meirgeach leis. Ach ta suil agam tar eis cleachtadh leis go mbeidh me nios maith na ata me anois".

Seo m'iarracht - is féidir dearmaid a bheith fós ann!

Rinne mé Gaeilge ar ollscoil ach níor bhain mé mórán úsáide aisti ó shin agus de bharr sin tá meirg ar mo chumas anois . Ach tú súil agam go mbeidh mo chuid Gaeilge níos fearr le roinnt cleachtaidh.
