Japanese cooking - Where to find a suchi set?

    I'm looking to make Suchi but cannot find the set anywhere in dublin, are they to be got?

    When you say "the set" - Do you mean the rolling mats & the like?
    If so, you should be able to get these in a homewares shop such as Stock (South King Street) or Kitchen Compliments (Chatham Street) or maybe even one of the asian supermarkets around town.

    just go to the asian market in Druiry Street. Just but the stuff individually. Sea weed paper (in sheets of 10) ,japanese sushi rice (short grain), a rolling mat, Rice Vinegar, or the sushi mix (vinegar and sugar).

    as far as i know, they are all stocked together.

    You can also pick up supplies in front of the till in AYA.
