My parents are coming over on Easter Sunday and they would like to go for a picnic (if it's not raining) on Easter Monday. Can anybody recommend some lovely picnic spots?
Also are shops open Easter Monday?

    glencar waterfalls

Ballintrillick up on the mountain side heading for the RTE mast, there are some amazing views across the counties, from Leitrim, sligo and donegal.

Have you tried walking down the Sligo way from Dromahair. There nice spots there. Perhaps O Rourkes table, (near Newtownmanor I think) the views of environs are great. It is somewhat overgrown and wild up there and you will need to be careful of the little one.
