Good Friday Charity Tournament: St Vincents Cancer Research

Myself and Daire Nolan of VIP poker are running this event up in Roundwood. In previous years it has been a 5card draw tournament but with numbers dwindling they have decided to go with Texas Hold’em this year. We have not 100% decided on the amount of money for the rebuy. Either 50euro (30 to prize pool and 20 to charity) or 30 (20 to prize pool and 10 to charity). Please give us your thoughts on this.

Registration from 7:00pm,
Start 8:00sharp
Note: Early bird chip for registration before 7:45.

5. Any prerequisites:
None

6. Maximum Number of Players:
80 Players

7. Type of Tournament:
No Limit Texas Hold’em Single Rebuy

8. Entry Fee:
50euro

9. Registration Fee:
0

10. % of Entry Fee’s going into Prize Pool:
30euro of the entry goes to the prize pool, 20euro goes to St. Vincent’s Cancer Research.

11. Guaranteed prize pool:
€1200

12. Rebuys & Top Up’s:
1 rebuy or top up.
Cost: €50 (30euro to prize pool, 20euro to charity)
Or €30 (20euro to prize pool, 10euro to charity)
I’d like peoples thoughts on this I want 50 but the other organizer wants 30.

rebuys should never be lower then you buyin esp if you are giving more chip put!
