It's pretty damned bad, isn't it? Honestly, I don't know why they even called it "Doom" with the way they completely re-jigged the plot. Event Horizon made a better Doom.

Lol, remember seeing it in the cinema. WTF is this **** I was thinking, it wasn't Doom anyway.

    Dreadful film.

Mine and Karls original reviews, both pretty much reaching the same conclusions. :D

I remember watching this after a lack of sleep. I fell asleep for twenty minutes in the middle and they were still just running around dark corridors aimlessly when I awoke.

Then came the first person sequence and I probably vocally proclaimed "This is bollocks" and went to bed.

I remember hearing all the reviews before I saw it and thinking, man, it couldn't be that bad...

    It truly is.

Lol at you for buying the tripe:p
It really is a terrible film, I reckon it would have actually been better if our man Boll had some input!

    At least it referenced hell.

This should be the plot of a new Doom movie - http://fanfictionredux.ytmnd.com/

(Dont read the text - its better to just listen to the narrator)

Title aside it was a half decent gun vs. monster film.

The first-person section was pretty good when taken on it's own. Otherwise, no.

The little first person bit was alright. The rest was awwful. The worst part for me was the big fight at the end. Couldn't have been any worse. Though everything leading up to it did a fair bit of sucking on the way.

Didn't think it was that bad, looking back now. I had a few beers, some popcorn and was expecting a piss poor action film. And that's what I got. It's just a bit of mindless fun. And you have to admit, the BFG was pretty cool :D
