A SWAT style vest is probably your best bet. I saw a few in MIA a while ago, think they were around the 40 mark.

Ohhh right, again, MIA has some stuff, Eirsoft too. Depends on what camo you want though and what kind of loadout you want.

Gandalf's vest can hold two pistols and has mag pouches - I think it was cheap enough. You can get pretty cheap vests on eHobby Asia as well although quality can be hit or miss.

Another solution is to get a drop-leg MOLLE panel, and get a MOLLE mp5 mag-pouch (typically three mags) and attach it to that. Whatever belt you have the drop-panel attached to you can also attach a holster to. Slightly contrived but if you're not sure on vests, it's a fairly easy to do alternative without spending a lot of money. You do however have the whole drop-panel thing which you may or may not like.

I would have a look thought there, they have pretty much all the vest types to cover most budgets.

Ok well I got an entire outfit (trousers, jacket and tac vest) for under 50 euro. The vest holds all 8 of my MP5 mags, with room for other stuff! It's all matching flecktarn. Got it on recon-company.com. Trousers were 10, jacket was 10-or 15, vest was an saav vest, had to buy a small flecktarn bag too, cause order had to be 50euro or more. So happy with all the stuff!
