CD Wow Voucher Problem

    Cd wow refunded me 12 euro in the form of an e-voucer which i paid for a dvd months ago and they never got it in stock

    Today i went to buy a cd with them, added in my voucher to knock the price owed down from 12.99 to 99 cent.
    When i went to the payment stage and selected laser card, the site kicked me back out to the home page, when i went back in to use the voucher, it told me "sorry voucher already in use "

    I mailed off the cd wow customer service director explaining what happened and asked her to re-activate the voucher.

    I presume they would have some record of the voucher was never actually processed fully through the check out stage ?

    Anyone any thoughts, cheers

    They should activate it for you no problem, I asked them to reactivate one for me before & it was only one of the ones they email you randomly & they did it straight away.

    Cheers buddy,i got a reply from them today saying that if a voucher is used on the site but does not go through the payment stage for any reason the voucher code is locked for 12 hours for security purposes, i tried it earlier today and it worked, went through no problem
    Heres hoping my order does turn up, my patience with cdwow are gone with their bad service over the past year.I wont be rushing back to them.
