Skype not working on 3?

    I haven't been able to sign into skype or use certain things on 3 since i moved my sim card from my Skype phone to an unlocked w880i.

    I can get to planet 3 and browse around, I can send texts, but if I try to download MSN messenger from planet 3, it gives an error.

    If I try to login to Skype it says the service is unavailable. If I try to watch a video on planet 3, it gives an error about the data profile.

    Anyone else having problems?

    Are there any other settings I need to check? The data profile I have for 3 is correct.

    Fiancee is using an branded 3 w880i and skype is not available on that handset, so that has nothing to do woth it being undranded.
    Other problems, sorry but not tech enough to help you there:cool:

    It is available. Just not from Planet 3. I have the iSkoot version of Skype installed but I can't connect.

    It's obviously a bigger problem seeing as I can't watch video off planet 3 or download msn messenger off there either.

    Ask them to reprovision your account. Should solve your problems.
