    Hi,

    I'm looking into getting a Sat Nav - was going to get the Garmin 250 Nuvi - but this is going to be in Aldi next week - has anyone had any experience with them...........http://www.aldi.ie/ie/html/offers/58_5184.htm

    Totally agree with Brophs, the Aldi GPS is only promising 'major roads' for Europe whereas the Garmin Nuvi 250 has street maps for all of Europe and you will have the option of upgrading the maps well into the future with Garmin units, Aldi & Lidl tend to leave you in the lurch when it comes to support

    just bought nuvy 250 in cardphone warehouse for 200 euro has ireland u.k and all of europe. us maps can be bought for around 150 dollars not a bad deal
