Does anyone know of a good source of lightweight/freezedried food in Ireland?
Otherwise somewhere that sells US Army MRE's would also be welcome..

The great outdoors sell some meal in a bag type stuff, that's fairly lightweight.
Don't know too much beyond that...
Have spoken to some people who have their own dehydrators, which they use to make their own lightweight food, you might look into that if you need a lot, or depending on your exact requirements...

Some of the other posters that know more about sourcing army surplus kit might be able to help with MREs.
