If anyone is interested i finally figured out how to get this to work on vista.

It doesnt work alot because of desktop transition is turned on

i google it and got this instructions.:

    - Click Start
    - Click Control Panel
    - Click System and Maintenance
    - Click Administrative Tools
    - Double-Click Services
    - Right-click the service named "Desktop Window Manager Session Manager" and
    click Properties
    - If the service is running, click Stop
    - Click the startup type drowdown box, and choose disabled
    - Click OK

Disclaimer: I dont know what else this does so let ther buyer beware kinda thing.
