Requirements for Travel to the US

    Hi all,
I am planning to book flights to New York in the next couple of days. However, I have never been to America before so I am a little confused(God bless the EU and free travel!). When I book my flights with Aer Lingus, when will I be required to give information for the visa waiver programme, eg name, passport number, place of address in the US? Do I have to do this when I book the flights or can I do it a couple of weeks after booking?
    Thanks

You can do it anytime up to check-in on the day of your flight.

Also, if you have time before you go it might be a good idea to scan through the New York Megathread on this forum to pick up a few tips on what & where to do & go in The Big Apple.

    Have fun :)
