    Hello

I've just read the weather forecast. Is somebody going to the beach tomorrow?

It looks like midday should be the best time to go for a walk/swim.

This morning, the sun was shining & I got ready to go just after lunch to take some shots.. and by the time I got to the city centre it was raining!!!
Went out to Sandycove anyway & took some shots.. going to put them to upload now & take a snooze.

I wouldn't go swimming in the sea yet..
"April and May, stay out of the bay..
June & July, stay there til you die."
(Bit of a strange saying from home.. especially unusual about the dying part.. eh.. but anyway, I keep my sea swimming to June & July).

Actually, sea temps are highest around September or so. Water mass is a month or so behind land mass at least... I remember diving in Galway in March in a wetsuit (in a snow blizzard) and the water temp was 4 degrees. Believe me - that's bloody cold! I was *actually* blue for about an hour after.

I'm tired of shooting gigs. Some beach shots would be good..

Lucky you! Enjoy. I might go for another surfing attempt on Sunday. I love sea being warmer than wind. Maybe because I spend more time in the water than on the board :-D

However, the high-tide should be highest on Sunday - Monday. So it means I have to make some decisions what to do and where to go.
