    Hi All

    Would anyone know roughly what time the pre novice pairs / novice pairs usually kicks off at ?

    The Kildare Hunt Hunter Trials at Punchestown start at 9am (sharpish) with the open competitions, so the novice classes normally start around lunchtime. I think there was a mobile number given in the Irish field for enquiries, so if you didn't have to travel too far, you could always try giving them a ring on the day and asking at what stage they're at.

    Is there a pre-novice competition, or are they just holding a novice competition?

    Just checked the ad for the Kildare Hunt Hunter Trials at Punchestown (Irish Field Sat 9 Feb)

    Running order:
    Senior Singles
    Senior Pairs
    Senior Teams
    Novice Pairs
    Novice Singles

    Nothing about Pre-novice competition
