VRT - where is the office? I live Dublin city centre

Im looking through the govt site but cant find an office address.
Is it the same as the motor tax office?

Do you have to have the car with you for inspection when doing vrt?

2 offices as far as I'm aware.

One in Furry Park (tee hee) in Santry, the other is in Tallaght but I'm not sure where.
