Parrot CK3100 Car Kit

I hope I am posting in the correct forum, but Mods, please move if not.

We have a Parrot CK3100 cellphone kit in our Renault car that was pairing perfectly for the lat 15 months, but then abruptly stopped pairing automatically. Now the pairing has to happen manually only. I have tried it with a number of phones and I know it is a phone issue.

Last night I attempted a software update to 4.17 on the kit but failed (bluetooth issue with laptop looking for Com Port). I will try this again over the weekend with another laptop.

The car kit also shows a "Memory Full" message but there is nothing stored in the kit memory. I read on the Parrot website that this message is a known issue and tried the fix but without joy.

Has anyone come across this pairing problem and what did you do to fix it?

    Regards,

    D

I had a similar problem, it was from the car kit had too many phones attached it to , from me changing phones, mates using it ect, I deleted all phones in the car kit memory, deleted all contacts, set it up again and it worked perfectly, for me!
