Out of sync audio and visuals in music videos

I've noticed this on tv aswell but I'm more concerned with it on music videos that I dowload. REALLY ANNOYING... when the music isn't in sync with the visuals in music videos. sometimes it's very subtle but it's really annoying when you're very interested in the dance routines, as I am. Can anyone advise me on how to avoid…

You can fix it manually with virtualdub before you put them on your player.
