Cannot load a certain website, sometimes.

There's a particular website that I cannot access from one location. This happens once or twice a day most days for about an hour or so. The location has 16 PCs. Access to any other website is no problem. I can access the problem site from other locations. URL is www.irisheyespoker.com ISP is Smart. The PCs are all clean…

URL is www.irisheyespoker.com ISP is Smart.

The PCs are all clean and well locked down. Just to see, I wiped one and reinstalled nothing but the OS, but no joy.

I spoke to the site owners who said there was no problem at their end.

Any ideas?

Run some tracert commands next time you can't access the site and post them here.
