Does anyone know where to pick up a compact first aid travel kit?
Small enough to carry but containing all the essentials?

    Thanks

it'd be cheaper to make one of these up yourself; a few plasters, some germolene(sp?), small bandage, safety pin, paracetemol/disprin etc... if thats too much bother they have them in boots and the outdoor adventure shops

add in some imodium/motilium, some oral rehydration sachets (like diorylate) for when you get the ****s, good for hangovers too! some savlon is useful too.

yeah both immodium and motillium and i even had a few laxatives to cover all eventualities:o thats pretty much my little pack thats survived 2 trips around asia and a 3rd this summer!

And if you do need rehydration for whatever reason, add a handful of sugar and a pinch of salt to a pint of room temp water. its got the same quantities of minerals as the rehydration sachets, but id have some diaoralyte just in case anyway!
