Best IT training/teaching qualification for me?

I have been out of work for over 4 years (lone parent minding child at home FT since his birth) but intend on getting off benefits ASAP. My child will be in school in Sep 2009. I already have 18 months training experience as an ECDL instructor in 2000 (have an out-of-date ECDL and Staff Training cert), and a background in IT itself over the past 10-12 years (software engineering, localisation DTP, e-learning/tech writing etc.). I have a HDip Comp Sci and a BSc Hons qualification but no formal teaching qualifications (no interst in HDip Ed, too latre for me now and too much to take on!). I wish ultimately to earn minimum 30k FT so when I get off benefits, having the min. needed in order to pay for rent, childcare, bills, etc. and progress career wise, get house in a few years and save for our future. So I will need good qualification if my options are to be open to get work locally as a trainer? So what is the one that allows me most options to get IT trainer work, i.e. in schools, training colleges, FAS colleges, VECs, S/W co.s as one of their inhouse trainers etc.

I gather to become a FT IT trainer now, a JEB diploma might be my best chance for getting a PT/FT job for next year and at this salary expectation etc.??? Or instead somewhere on another board a relatively new CTP qualification was mentioned?

Myself, from my research on JEB so far, it seems that it would be the best course for me to do to upskill. FAS seemingly requires
a JEB to become employed as a trainer there, and I also gather IT teachers in schools need a training qualification also if they have no teaching qualification, and what do VECS/software companies witha need for in-house trainers look for too? Thanking you in advance.
