Early bus from Galway to Shannon Airport

We have a 6.15am flight on Friday morning out of Shannon to Venice, and have to catch the bus down from Galway. First bus is at 3.30am, so is scheduled to get in at 4.45am. Has anyone caught this bus, and how do you think we'll go getting to the plane on time? This gives us 90 minutes (half an hour less than recommended)…

This gives us 90 minutes (half an hour less than recommended) to catch the flight IF the bus is on time - looking for opinions/recommendations etc. We have to check a bag.

I have taken the late night bus from Shannon airport to Galway with no problems. Bus left on time and arrived in Galway on time.
The bus stops outside the terminal building , just a few paces from the check-in desks.
