Seeking a consensus on whether one needs to lodge a Commencement Notice to building control for demolition of a house , where permission is granted to demolish that existing house and build a new house .

Looking to do demolitions as a separate contract to new build.

    location is Dun Laoghaire

If you applied for and received planning permission for demolition of a house then you need to submit a commencement notice advising of the date the demolition will commence etc.
