Trojan - Hijack This Help - Desparate

Ok so I have tried the usual remedies. Called the help desk, called them again, run the Virus scan, run the online virus scan from trend micro ( it caught something my Macafee did not), run the spyware scanners but I seem to still have something on my computer that diverts me to spyware cleaner sights. I have read other cases hoping I had something similar but to no avail. So here goes and here is my HJ File, please help:

hi, i wouldnt call myself a huge expert or anything here, but from what i see the problem could be C:\WINDOWS\system32\bw6tit.exe i can find no reference to it anywhere on the net, and its run twice when you start windows.

maybe its a randomly generated name for a trojon file?

try remove it from the "run" in your registry and see if it has any effect!
as far as i can see its not a critical system file, unless its for a program that you can identify yourself!

lovely jubly you'll have to remove them, then restart, and see if its still doing it. if it is the problem, dont forget to delete the trojan!!!
