    Hi folks,

Does anyone have access to a guillotine or trimmer that can handle paper up to 30 inches in length before Friday at the latest? I have an issue that can only be resolved by such a thing.

There won't be any blood involved. I'm in Swords/Airport direction.

Please please please....Al, will struggle into NCAD if you can help.

    15 inches if you're stuck.

I have an A4 one myself. I cannot arrange the photographs in such a way as they can be cut on it without damaging them. I'd really prefer not to have to mess around any further with them.

I had a similar problem before, i took a square piece of glass and a stanley knife, results were acceptable, but if your a little anxious about losing a finger or 2 you could go to a printers factory, ask very nicely and maybe they will do it on one of their industrial gillotines for you, and maybe tell a few porkies about a big print job you'll be looking for in the near future. But no harm at least asking.

People keep asking me this lately. I'm inclined to wonder why?

No. One 500mm x 500mm photograph and one 750mm x 250mm photograph both printed on 30x20 inch paper (damn the English why can't they go metric?).

Well I know that my wife is looking for a guillotine, with all that it implies. ;)

Get a 1 metre metal ruler in B and Q and use a stanley?

I've got one in work, Civic Offices on Wood Quay here in Dublin, does bigger than A0. My office is easy going so they wouldn't even question me bringing in somebody to use the guillotine. It gives a good cut too.

    PM me.
