cheap pc components in japan?

    Hey Guys

    im heading over to japan soon & im wondering if pc components are cheaper over there & would it be worth it to buy some upgrades (processor & gfx card)

    I doubt they'll be much cheaper, and you may get screwed by customs on your way back if they realise what you have.

    Its highly unlikely to be cheaper , most electronics gear is very expensive in Japan , Standard of living is very high and prices, especially in Tokyo Akihabara , are way more than here for just about everything.

    I'm in Japan at the moment and electronic stuff is far from cheap. You might get the latest technology but you're still paying a high price for it.
