Range Rover Classic Ambulance for sale

    1981 registered Wadham Stringer bodied Range Rover ambulance.

    3.5 v8 with Stromberg/Zenith carbs
    Disk brakes all 'round
    4WD with central difflock
    Less than 30k original miles

    Generally good condition, only needing some tidying to make a quite rare show vehicle.

    Includes original Ferno stretcher, new tyres etc.

    Asking for sensible offers in the region of €2k. Would consider a direct trade for a Landrover Series IIa/III in serviceable condition and of equivalent value.

    Please note, a registered ambulance qualifies for tax exempt status. This ambulance is currently registered on private taxation status, but this can easily be changed by a new owner wishing to 'operate' this vehicle as an invalid carriage. I can provide the relevant form to any new owner.

    I would prefer to see this go to someone who will NOT butcher it to build an offroad hybrid....

    No longer for sale.

    Had a kind offer from a fellow landrover enthusiast of a place to do a few jobs on this, and a parking spot thereafter.


    Glad to be keeping it a while longer anyway.
