Terrestrial TV options?

What are my options for Terrestrial TV? I will be moving into a ground floor apartment. 3 bed duplexes are on top. No cable TV available and unsure about whether i can put up a dish yet. So what would be the normal scenario for this setup? Would people have to supply their own tv or would there be a shared scheme?

House in Dundalk. Front faces south/south east. Its at the back of the estate. Clermont Cairn Tx would be to the northeast. (See attached pic).

It might be a good idea to speak to the developer or site foreman maybe on the subject. Somebody should know if there is a plan to have a communal system in place.

Also might be worth finding out if there will be any Management Co. rules stating no dish be allowed.

Thanks for that byte. I did ask the guy who showed me the place in January about this but I am still waiting for a reply! Will ask builders again when the snag comes up. Maybe when I see the contracts the position on a dish will be clearer as it looks like the only option if I can't put up an aerial.
