The CK-7w in my car thinks there's something constantly connected to it and as a result I can't connect the phone to it. Is there anyone else who experienced the same problem.

It doesn't switch off with the engine as the manual says, neither does it have an indicator light like the manual says.

    Any ideas??

Yeah, mine does this and about 10 other guys I know. Only way that seems to work is to get to the main unit and pull the power plug to reset it completely.
There is a permanent 12V and a switched 12V. Disconnecting the switched 12V only doesnt seem to work. ALL power needs to be disconnected.
I got such a pain in my ass with it that I put a reset button on it.
