    Hi,

I was wondering does anyone know of any aerobic/circuit training/full body workout classes in Mullingar? I was hoping to find somewhere on a drop-in basis..or at least somewhere where you don't have to pay a large annual subscription...

    Thanks!

spinning class, latino dance, fat burn, and abs classes in a place called fit2u or something like that...it's in blackhall, beside the new "Westmeath Examiner" office. spinning class is really popular and gives a great workout. they've a new timetable this week, so as more join the intermediate class, there should be more space in the beginner class. if you're around, call in and they'll show you around and give you timetables , etc. From6-7.30 is their busiest time.
it's €7.50 per session, or you can pay €50 for unlimited sessions in one month..quite good if you can go 4 or so times a week..

I was looking at that one too but it doesn't open on Sundays which for the commuters amongst us isn't great - Is there one in the Mullingar Park Hotel that is open to the public?
