wacky ideas for a 21st

ok so location is sorted, we're clearing out a restaurant for space, thers a bar attached and since its a hotel theres rooms upstairs available. (its the family's so we've free run of the place)
its a 21st for me and my twin sister. basically we want a wacky party with fun things, like a grown up kids birthday party. so far we've decided we'll try and get a fortune teller, a chocolate fountain and a dj. starting to get stuck for ideas though.

anyone got any? we're in the west of ireland.

How about somebody to do henna tattoos or face painting (not that many girls would like their face done), fancy dress? one of the girls i know had a candy floss machine too!

I've just seen the weirdest thing on the way to work this morning. I got on the Dart at Harmonstown to be met by a tall fella offering me a cup of red-lemonade. Now, TK lemonade is not exactly breakfast-food, but it seems that they were doing a surprise birthday-party for a fella who got on at Clontarf Road. They had balloons, streamers, big "Happy Birthday" plastic things stretched over the door. They were giving out cup-cakes to randomers and from what I could tell randomers were getting involved as-well. To be honest, I think it was only two people throwing this party, but a few more randomers were helping. Very strange sight to see the first thing in the morning. Not sure if I was in form for it, to be honest, and now I'm coming down from a suger-high. I should have said no to the lemonade.
