Hi, I can't help you with that particular stream, but if you can find it on YouTube then the Better YouTube Firefox extension could be a help.

It will add a download link below all YT videos and let you save them as flash video that can be played back using VLC or Media Player Classic.

Not sure what video editor you need to convert flash video for DVD. Check the Audio-Video Editing forum. There's probably some freeware to handle it.
