ordered something twice, help!!!

    I was online yesterday and orders $400 dollars worth or clothes from forever 21 (an american company- so i will be raped for tax on top of this) now when i placed the order the website crashed as I hit confirm and I got no confermation number or email as a repciet, so I went into my account on thier website and there were no previous orders in my account, i left it for a while and checked again, no orders. so i went and ordered it again, same again...so i didn't go again i just presumed they had a problem with shipping to ireland or something. this morning i wake up to 2 confermation emails for the 2 same orders....tha say on thier website you can't cancel orders...what do I do, i emailed them yesterday and today and haven't got a reply, now im freaking out :(

    Contact your credit card vendor and explain to them what's happened. See if they can stop one or both payments going through. If the payment stops, the order will be canceled fairly sharpish.

    Is there a phone number where you can contact the company and cancel the order maybe?
