Recovering video files

I was doing some editing on adobe earlier and after spending over six hours editing the footage together I left only to come back a short while later and realising that I had accidently deleted the 2 files from the adobe folder. Anyone any suggestions on the best way to recover the files? Any help is greatly appreciated.
